What's the role?
This position supports daily SR CAA functional & business operations, freeing up time of General Manager and functional leaders to focus on business impact actions.
Also supports Human Resources area with sales force training plan implementation, Geos implementation & action plans follow up and new hires integration.

What does the role involve?
The position involves events coordination and logistics (in panama or any other city), having direct contact with Partners, General Manager, employees an others. Supporting teams and being in charge of Meetings coordination, team agenda´s coordination, budgets, quotes with suppliers for events and meetings among others.
You will coordinate visits to other markets, between markets and visits of the markets to the office. sending required information to RTC to guarantee the participation of Partners to any required training. And requesting fedbacks and follow up on activities. Supporting with content and / or audiovisual material necessary for communications initiatives.

What you need is:
- A completed Bachelors Degree.
- Must have at least 1 year’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational, planning skills in order to handle multiple tasks appropriately and in.
- A professional manner.
- Ability to work with different teams and high attention to details
- Must have PC skills: Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word. Capacity to work independently and to manage confidential information discretely.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Sap is desirable.
