Fulfilment and Process Manager
What's the role?
The position of Fulfilment and Process Manager is leading, steering and coordinating efforts of an entire team to plan and execute large, complex, long-term project business opportunities, from bid/quoting phase to execution/fulfilment, ensuring commercial success for Hilti as project partner by professional project management & coordination.

What does the role involve?
Lead and coordinate cross-functionally between PMO, Materials Management, Legal, Credit, Transportation/Logistics, and field sales team to align and manage tasks; conduct project coordination meetings to evaluate progress and prepare reports
Work directly with executive management team members to provide and align on strategic direction of the profession al project execution topics;
Partner with PMO Head to Develop, implement and standardize all related PMO processes, ensuring the proper information flow from market requests until final documentation storage;
Assist in contract negotiations with customer and/or suppliers; asses risk trough LOD and reach profitable agreements focusing on project total contribution;
Document and audit all internal related PMO process from design to execution, following professional market guidelines (I.e.: ISO 9001)
Lead and coordinate quality topics cross functionally between PMO, Logistics, field sales and customers to align and manage contractual quality requirements;
Support the marketing team with internal audits on prefabrication suppliers, with active participation on the implementation of prefabrication services;
Drive the release process of special parts according to global process (with the support of specials engineer) and manage supplier quality performance;
Reporting: Engineering, sales, pipeline, all related to PMO business;
Maintain accurate records of PMO activities, specifications, sales, and project pipeline. Coordinate and steer meetings with management to follow up action plans related to PMO;
Define/manage overall internal project roadmaps; assign tasks/deadlines to project team on daily/weekly basis;
Identify process discrepancies, provide suggested solutions and take coordinated actions to improve PMO performance;

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree, required; preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a Project Manager, required
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; must be able to organize all projects, track successes, and bring these successes to the next project
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with quality systems and certifications such as ISO 9001. Experience as auditor is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (BI, Queries, Word, Excel, PPT), SAP. Power BI is a plus.
- Spanish and English required, Portuguese is a plus.
