We’re looking for a Product Manager to compose our talented team in Hilti that can perform in an international working culture.

What does the role involve?

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing sales and profit results for the Region within the given product/s through effective design and implementation of the PLS strategy and Agree products and/or service specific opportunities with Marketing managers to deliver opportunities for future growth. Define launch dates and plan INP quantities across the LATAM Region.

You will be able to contribute with the development of one-year marketing roadmap and drive implementation in the Markets of Latin America Region, while Analyzing and steering critical KPIs such as: sales, quantity, market share, profitability and Define product positioning by trade and pricing strategy.

What you need is:

  • University degree (business administration or engineering)
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting, sales or marketing
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; fluency in Portuguese preferred
  • Strong analytical skills (good business sense, ability to define way forward)
  • Ability to work with others across hierarchy levels (BU/MO Top management, sales force, cross functional departments)
  • Self-driven, with ability to communicate effectively and lead
